Bachelard is a hands-on effects toolkit for Windows producers who want motion and atmosphere without fuss. It pairs a characterful echo engine with a spacious reverb, and gives you flexible tone-shaping so you can carve the tails and echoes to taste. Designed as a VST2, it’s great for studio work and live performance alike—especially if you like transforming simple sounds into evolving pads, rhythmic textures, or otherworldly ambiences.
Under the hood you get several creative control systems that encourage experimentation:
- Delay and reverb paths with independent tone controls so you can brighten or darken repeats and tails.
- Three dedicated LFOs with multiple waveform choices and different ways to set their speed, including note-triggered starts for synced or per-note motion.
- A modulation matrix for routing LFOs and controllers to any parameter, plus the ability to tie many controls to key tracking for pitch-dependent behavior.
